The Ministry of MSME notified to register MSME, Udyog Aadhar as Udyam. The ministry of MSME launched Udyam registration process via official website. The owner of MSME/ Udyog Aadhar can register their Udyam via paperless process. The Ministry of India wanted to help the entrepreneurs by providing marketing and promotional support. Also after registration of Udyam the owner get credit guarantee from the Bank easily.

How to register Udyam with Pan card?

The owner of MSME can register with the Pan card details. If you are using your PAN card for the Udyam registration process then follow below steps,

  1. Go to official website of Udyam Registration i.e. udyamregistration.gov.in
  2. On the Homepage you will find Register here for new Entrepreneurs option
  3. You need to enter your Aadhar card and full name of Udyami. You need to accept Terms for Aadhar card usage
  4. Then click on Validate and Generate OTP
  5. Then in Next step enter PAN card details. User need to provide details for Type of Organization, Pan card number, DO you have PAN, Have you filed ITR, ITR type and GSTIN details
  6. Now provide Udyam related details. You need to give information like Name of Entrepreneurs, Mobile Number, Email ID.
  7. Owner need to select social category of the owner, Gender of owner, Special disability details
  8. After this user need to provide details like Name of Enterprise, Plant/ Unit Name, Location of Plant, official address of enterprise
  9. Then provide Bank details of the firm in Udyam registration form.
  10. After this provide details like major activities of Unit, Number of person employed, Investment in plant and machinery details, Turn over details
  11. In last user need to select District industries center
  12. Then Submit the Information in the form and Get Final OTP

After successful Udyam registration process, customer will se “Thank You” message on the screen. The user will see reference number which should be noted down for further communication. The Udyam Reference number will be activated and it will useful to print Udyam Certificate. The owner need to update income tax data and GSTIN details.

MSME Registration without PAN Card

As we earlier discussed the MSME owner can register MSME as Udyam without Pan card details. If you don’t have PAN Card then follow below steps to register Udyam,

  1. Go to official website of Udyam Registration i.e. udyamregistration.gov.in
  2. On the Homepage you will find Register here for new Entrepreneurs option
  3. You need to enter your Aadhar card and full name of Udyami. You need to accept Terms for Aadhar card usage

  5. Then in Next step in DO you have PAN option select NO
  6. User need to provide details for Type of Organization, Have you filed ITR, ITR type and GSTIN details
