How to Raise complaint in BHIM SBI Pay?
Customer can raise dispute for any transaction done via BHIM SBI Pay. If the customer want to raise dispute against any transaction then they can call BHIM SBI Pay customer care number. The customer can also raise dispute via BHIM SBI pay application itself. The dispute can be raised against successful UPI Transaction only.
Below are steps to Raise complaint, Dispute in BHIM SBI Pay application,
- Login to BHIM SBI Pay application : customer need to login via user ID and password in BHIM SBI pay application. You can use other login method for login process.
- Now Click on View All in Recent Transactions : The dispute should be raised against recent transaction. Now navigate to recent transaction in BHIM SBI Pay application.
- Then Select the transaction and Click Raise Dispute button : Now you should click on the transaction, where you want to raise dispute. You need to select that suspicious transaction and then click on Raise Dispute option.
- Select Dispute type, enter Remark and Submit Dispute : Now enter Dispute type you want. You must enter remark like why you wanted to raise dispute. After this now click on submit button.
